Galaxia from the last season/manga arc of Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon Stars, the one that wasn't shown in the USA for various reasons, but mostly because American license owners are retarded.
Galaxia's character design is just so cool, I was dying to do a wallpaper with her and I think it turned out nice. Gold and black is just so classy.

it is so beautiful! the way you put it all together....very artistic. I like the galaxia's pic itself but where did you find such nice background with the golden cristals? it suits perfectly, like made for this pic ^^
